  • Responsibilities

    The Director, Talent Enablement will develop and deliver talent and organization development strategies across Point32Health to ensure a high performing, highly engaged and diverse workforce with the right capabilities to improve performance and deliver on the company's growth strategy. This will be achieved by working collaboratively with the Chief People Officer (CPO), Talent organization, business unit leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and understand the business challenges and opportunities and deliver talent and learning strategies and solutions to create a motivating colleague experience, improve workforce performance and ensure an aligned and capable workforce, led by outstanding leaders and managers.

    Learning formats include in-person training, third party training and digital/eLearning options. The candidate must be familiar with all training design and delivery types. The Director, Talent Development & Learning must be a strategic business partner with proven experience working with and influencing senior leaders to make optimal talent decisions with a focus on performance, development, sustainability and retention. The ability to work cross-functionally in a time of continued transformation and innovation is a requirement for success.

    Talent/Leadership Development

    • Drive innovative and sustainable talent/leadership development strategies that support Point32Health
    • business performance and growth strategies.
    • Elevate and modernize the talent review process across organization in identification of top-tier talent.
    • Define an effective process for those colleagues’ development and ensure follow up on those plans.
    • Elevate the current Performance Enablement strategy, process and tools for the workforce, making it more robust, impactful and sustainable.

    Learning/Training

    • Create the training strategy and foundation for Point32Health across the organization, focusing on the creation and execution of a sustainable program that reinforces the core corporate values.
    • Identify and drive training across the organization to address specific organizational and/or development needs.
    • Identify the most effective tools (i.e., e-learning, etc.) with the greatest impact on our diverse workforce and work with third party providers to assess learning solutions and make recommendations to implement in support of the business strategy.

    Organizational Design & Development

    • Partner with CPO & HRBPs to assess current organizational structures and design solutions that supports Point32health’s business initiatives and growth plans.
    • Provide to the HRBPs and the leadership suite with change management tools and approaches as needed.

    Communications

    • Influence, strengthen, and champion internal communication strategies through formal and informal channels.

    Requirements

    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

    • 8+ years of instructional design/learning and development with progressive management experience
    • Experience with innovative, breakthrough and game changing Talent practices.
    • Experience with multiple approaches and technologies related to change, performance management, talent development initiatives
    • Successful experience developing and executing training and organizational development strategies and plans, specifically with experience servicing a multigenerational colleague population
    • Adept at various learning and development delivery methods, in person, online, webinar, podcast, etc. for a global audience.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate learning objectives into custom training initiatives and courses – with direct relation to succession and colleague development plans
    • Consultative partner to business and HR leaders to meet and exceed their training and organizational development needs
    • Strong facilitation/presentation skills – excellent public speaking skills
    • Excellent communicator -written and verbal in English
    • Functional and technical understanding of learning management systems
    • Ability to develop curriculum and content, deliver training, and measure training effectiveness
    • Experience in a similar role in a growing technology company preferred

    EDUCATION

    A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. An MBA or related Master’s degree is preferred.
