Job Description

Our firm is assisting a fast growing client in their search for a Vice President, Finance. The person hired will report directly to the CFO and partner with executive management to provide the financial leadership and information that is needed to guide the company to continued success. This is a newly created position that will be responsible for developing the company dashboard, key metrics/KPIs, annual plans, quarterly forecasts, strategic plans, pricing models, and multiple ad-hoc reports. Also responsible for continually seeking cost savings and directing 

REQUIREMENTS:  

        Bachelors in Accounting or Finance,  MBA+

        4+ years of experience working for private equity backed companies; preferrably with annual sales of $150 - $250 million

        10+ years relevant experience including operational financial support (i.e. sales forecasting/planning, marketing program analysis, etc. )

        Proven success in developing the FP&A function and building out the team; will hire staff as needed

        Experience developing intricate financial models and reports

        Strong analytical skills and aptitude; will be responsible for developing, reporting and analyzing key metrics

        Able to grow with the company and mentor staff

        Strong communication and interpersonal skills including presentations to senior management

        Naturally curious, high performer, team player, with desire to add value as company expands

        Must have desire to advance and overall ability to join the executive team
