We are seeking a RN Instructor, to become a part of our team! You will be teaching classes to students training to become future CNA's. This position is P/T and paid at an hourly rate! Responsibilities: * Teach the CNA course curriculum. * Design daily class activities. * Prepare additional educational material for the students. * Evaluate and document students' progress through testing, observation, and assessment of skill attained. * Provide a stimulating environment that encourages student participation, development of interpersonal skills and concepts of good patient care. * Maintain accurate records on all students. * Attend professional development activities. * (Other duties may be assigned) Qualifications: * RN with current Illinois license * 2 years of nursing experience * Working knowledge of computer basics. * Bachelors' Degree Company Description Founded in 1922, the Polish American Association (PAA) is the nation's only human services organization providing a comprehensive range of bilingual and bicultural services to the Polish community and others in need.
