    About the Role:

    Join Synergy Home Care as a European Certified Home Health Aide for a rewarding live-in position in The Bronx. You'll provide compassionate care and support to clients, enhancing their quality of life in a nurturing environment.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

    Medication reminder and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals.

    Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.

    Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

    Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.

    Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

    Follow care plans and assist with mobility.

    Assist patients with daily activities such as moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles

    Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care

    Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor

    Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading to keep them mentally healthy and alert

    Engage patients in exercises or other activities

    Requirements:

    Must have a valid NYS Home Health Aide Certificate Approved by Department of Health.

    Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.

    Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Must pass background checks and drug screening.
