    The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a meticulous and service-minded Polisher to uphold the visual and hygiene standards of Genievieve’s ; our elegant Italian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in precision, cleanliness, and supports a refined guest experience.

    As a Polisher , you will be responsible for ensuring all glassware, silverware, and tableware meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Your attention to detail will contribute directly to the elevated ambiance that reflects the World Equestrian Center’s core values of Quality, Class, and Distinction.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Polish and inspect glassware, silverware, and tableware to ensure flawless presentation.

    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas.

    • Handle all items with care to prevent damage and maintain quality.

    • Assist with restocking service stations and preparing table settings as needed.

    • Collaborate with front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure timely availability of polished items.

    • Support private dining and special event setups with precision and attention to detail.

    • Uphold all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.

    • Maintain a discreet and professional presence in guest-facing areas.

    Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a support or stewarding role within an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Professional appearance and refined demeanor.

    • Familiarity with sanitation standards and handling of delicate service items.

    • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
