As a Political Texting Coordinator on our Customer Success team, you'll play a critical role in managing our peer-to-peer (P2P) texting campaigns for political candidates, PACs, and advocacy groups. You'll work on a driven team who handles every stage of the texting workflow, from planning strategic audience segments and executing message sends to tracking performance and delivering campaign insights. This is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of political communication strategy and voter outreach technology.
This role supports live political campaigns and election cycles, which may require working non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, particularly during peak periods. Candidates should be comfortable with schedule flexibility and responsive availability when clients are active.
Contract commitment for this role is through December 2026 in support of the 2026 election cycle, with the opportunity to join our team as a full-time salaried employee.
Plan, execute, and monitor political P2P texting campaigns , ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.
Work closely with the Account Managers and Advertising Operations team to align texting strategy with broader campaign goals.
Manage audience segmentation, message scheduling, and delivery tracking using Cross Screen Media's internal tools and texting platforms.
Prepare and maintain campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Support internal workflows by documenting campaign timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating cross-team updates.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with close attention to detail.
A passion for political communication and digital voter outreach.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, both with clients and internal teams.
The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive under tight deadlines.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
Beginner to intermediate experience with Excel or data management tools.

Experience with P2P texting platforms, digital organizing tools, or political campaign technology.
Background in political, TV, or digital advertising.
