Added sales opportunities include packages designed to build donor base of Non-profit organizations. Your primary responsibility is to sign up Non-profit organizations for a free service that allows donations to the Non-profit organization. IntegrityLives, LLC is a certified and bonded third-party solicitor of charitable contributions. This is a high commission job due to its potential for high volume. After (90) days, based on work-performance there may be an opportunity for full-time plus benefits.
Added services are available to the Non-profit client organization at a cost and provide additional earning potential.
Job description
The Non-profit Solutions Manager will be responsible for targeted business development in Non-profit donor services working in a fast-paced business environment.
The Non-profit Solutions Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales, which is a nationally, fully remote, delivery organization focused on growing digital placement revenue nationwide.
This is a Senior level position, and we are looking for people with previous success within the IT or Non-profit industry and either technology sales or other business development experience.
As a Non-profit Solutions Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Business development: Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for Non-profit organizations. Market with graphic pitch presentations, telephone as well as virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. Non-profit Solutions Manager will participate in local association and networking events to solidify IntegrityLives’ presence in the local business community.
• Select well-matched organizations to join our platform and maintain on-going contact with client organizations and ensure the client receives exceptional customer service. In addition, the Non-profit Solutions Manager will resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work-experience.
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or working in a marketing, branding, advertising, public relations, or creative design-related field is preferred.
• Must have a strong desire to build a career in business development by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• A combination of business development and account management skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive and self-motivated individual.
