We are a high producing Real Estate team headquartered in Tucson, AZ and operating in five markets in Southern Arizona.  We are seeking a Listing Specialist to cover Tucson and the surrounding area. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives on winning, is aggressive while at the same time being able to follow proven systems. Strong phone skills a plus. Responsibilities: • Attend training on how to get a real estate business up and running. • Attend goal setting workshop. • Learn how to generate and track leads. • Learn how to process a transaction from open to close. Qualifications: • Have (or be in the process of obtaining) a real estate license. • Be a member or willing to join Realtor associations. • Be learning based. • Strong desire to win. Compensation: $90,000+ at plan commission
