We are seeking to add a Dental Lab Data Entry to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Office/Data Entry Clerk to provide general support in a dental laboratory
SOME RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Answering telephones and providing customer service
- Filing, Faxing, email, etc.
- Data Entry
- Matching invoices and lab prescriptions
· Assist in packing/processing finished goods for shipment and when requested
- Perform related duties as assigned by direct supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Flexible team player who can also work independently
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Reliable, Detail oriented, able to multi-task
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Knowledge of dental lab billing (using Lab Manager a plus)
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
