    Job Description

    DESCRIPTION:

    PolyCon Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support and advise our client on planning, managing, and evaluating programs, operations, and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting policies and procedures, tracking and evaluating operational and program performance, and identifying and resolving any issues. To be successful in this role as a Program Analyst, you should be able to provide expert guidance to optimize systems, procedures, evaluate operational and program effectiveness and develop solutions to make improvements or address performance issues.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provides expertise to conduct research, evaluations, and studies.
    • Present recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements.
    • Classifies and summarizes data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.
    • Provides planning, scheduling, networking, and coordination assistance among all regional and headquarters' organizations.
    • Provides assistance and recommendations to managers and staff who directly affect the conduct and attainment of agency goals.
    • Participates in determining objectives of assignment and subsequently schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives.
    • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
    • Complete understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards.
    • Represents organization as a prime contracts or projects.
    • Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
    • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems and may refer to established precents/policies

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Relevant BS/BA and 6 years of relevant exempt experience OR relevant MS and 4 years relevant exempt experience.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
    • Ability to collect and analyze complex sets of data.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Must be able obtain a Public Trust clearance.
    • US Citizenship required.
