    Job Description

    THE ROLE

    Polygroup is looking for a full-time, UI/UX Designer with digital and print experience to join our dynamic Creative team. This Candidate is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, supporting graphics, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.

    Note: Your portfolio should include examples of your digital design capabilities.

    This is a hands-on unique opportunity position. You must be dependable, self-motivated, have a positive and can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.

    Working closely with our Creative and Brand Marketing team and other teams in the U.S, you will be primarily responsible for:

    • Studying design briefs and determining requirements
    • Designing digital assets, testing them, and optimizing them based on their performance.
    • Staying up to date on industry trends and the latest digital design software
    • Creating digital assets (static, video, and HTML) for a range of platforms (social, display advertising, eCommerce, websites, mobile apps, etc.)
    • Creating website assets from hero design to web animations
    • Creating email designs for CRM programs and coordinating the creation of email templates in HTML
    • Designing and developing homepages, landing pages, and email concepts
    • Creating and executing concepts for digital advertising
    • Researching industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovation

    REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    • Experience in UX design process, Figma, Sketch (or equivalent) development
    • Experience working in a collaborative team environment
    • Experience working directly with developers to implement designs
    • Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
    • General understanding of CSS and HTML
    • Knowledge of photo editing. Video editing is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques
    • Experience with rapid prototyping and user testing
    • The expertise of visual design principles
    • Must be creative
    • Ability to manage up
    • Detail-oriented
    • Flexibility and adaptability
    • Ability to stay focused and organized in an off-site environment

    • This is an offsite (remote) position with occasional onsite meetings
