We are seeing a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our sports surfacing products and services within the southeast territory. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our surfacing options, their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients within the assigned territory through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Execute the company sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct in-person meetings, product presentations, and cold-selling products to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to expand your professional network and promote our products.
- Perform all tasks associated with selling our products, including plan take-off, estimating, bidding, sample submission & post-bidding approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or communication or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a territory-based role. (Athletic Sales or Specialized Surfacing Sales preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and professionals in the industry.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving/exceeding targeted goals.
- Proficiency using CRM Software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to Travel 100% within assigned territory.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean Driving Record.
