The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, safety-driven, and capable of diagnosing jobsite conditions to determine proper foam application techniques.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to make quick and logical decisions when challenges arise, and the physical capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced field environment. Supervisory experience is highly valued, as this position may involve leading or directing small crews. Above all, the technician must deliver professional service and maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas.

    Key Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in the foundation repair, concrete lifting, or related construction trade. (Preferred but not required)

Solid understanding of residential construction, including foundations, framing, basic structural components, and concrete behavior.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot foam injection equipment.

Professional communication skills for interacting with homeowners, inspectors, team members, and supervisors.

Demonstrated ability to assess site conditions and make quick, logical decisions when unexpected issues arise.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Ability to stand, bend, crawl, and work in confined or physically demanding environments for extended periods.

Ability to safely lift and maneuver 50+ lbs. daily.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    Foam Installation & Job Execution

Perform polyurethane foam injections to lift and improve concrete slabs, driveways, patios, interior floors, pool decks, and structural elements.

Diagnose settlement issues and determine proper injection points, foam products, and application methods.

Monitor foam expansion, lift, and material flow to ensure results meet engineering or job specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, safe job site from set up to completion.

    Equipment, Operation & Maintenance

Load, unload, stage, and handle polyurethane materials, hoses, tools, and rig components.

Maintain the foam rig—including pumps, heaters, generators, hoses, and foam guns—to ensure proper calibration and performance.

Clean the foam gun, drills, and all foam equipment daily to prevent clogs, breakdowns, or material waste.

Keep the foam rig clean, organized, and serviced as needed.

Conduct routine inspections and immediately report mechanical or performance issues.

    Safety, Quality, and Customer Interaction

Follow all company, OSHA, and jobsite safety procedures without exception.

Communicate clearly with supervisors, crew members, and customers regarding project progress and expectations.

Ensure all work meets company quality standards and job specifications.

Document material usage, job details, and site conditions for reporting, customer records, and job costing.

    General Expectations
