JOB SUMMARY:

Polyvinyl Films, Inc. is currently seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of new and existing products and processes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery.

· Work with other departments to improve current processes as well as new products.

· Develop and implement cost saving measures and quality control systems.

· Provide assistance in production troubleshooting and process/material optimization.

· Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Research and develop new processes, equipment, and products.

· Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with chemicals and materials.

· Design and planning equipment layout.

· Conduct tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.

· Evaluating the processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental safety regulations.

· Estimating production costs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.

· 5 + years’ experience desired.

· Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products.

· Experience using CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.

· Experience with electrical control systems for machinery.

· Project Management.

· Exceptional problem solving and technical skills.

· Experience in Mechanical design, development, and testing.

· Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Positive professional attitude.

· Must be self-motivated and a great team player.
