    About the role:

    Pompa Program is seeking a creative and rebellious free thinker looking to make a dent in the universe by permanently altering the way people approach health and wellness. As a video editor on our misfit creative team, you will play a key role in crafting compelling visual content that seeks to grab the attention of those crying out for an answer and presenting them with an easy to understand message and solution. Your work at Pompa will be viewed by millions of people throughout the United States and eventually worldwide as we continue to take our message of hope to a hurting world.

    This position is responsible for 80% Video editing and 20% motion or graphic design.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop compelling visual concepts that amplify the message of the videos produced by other members on the performance marketing team.
    • Quickly execute minimum viable edits in short periods of time with no errors in order to test market/message match from advertising video shoots.
    • Manage and maintain a library of multimedia assets, ensuring easy access and proper organization for efficient use by the team.
    • Stay current with industry trends and innovative multimedia techniques, incorporating them into your work to maintain a fresh and contemporary visual aesthetic.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and health experts, to ensure cohesive and impactful multimedia content.
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and approaches for multimedia projects.
    • Maintain awareness of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on schedule.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing insights, feedback, and expertise to enhance the creative process.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of video editing experience showcasing a range of editing techniques, visual effects, motion graphics, and animation.
    • Expert understanding of Adobe creative suite including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Experience or familiarity with performance marketing and creating video advertisements for CTV, YouTube and various social media platforms.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Internally motivated with a strong work ethic and a need to continuously grow in your craft.
    • Passionate for health, wellness and alternative medicine. Aligned with Pompa Program's mission and values.
    • Creative free thinker with the ability to stick to brand identity.

    Compensation Range:
    ** $55k-65k base salary**
