    This position requires to be onsite in Nasvhille Tennessee for video shoots so only considering local candidates.

    About the role:

    As a Videographer at Pompa Program, you will play a pivotal role in visually narrating our mission, values, and the incredible stories of individuals whose lives have been transformed by our programs. You'll work closely with our creative team to produce high-quality, compelling video content that resonates with our audience, inspires action, and fosters a deeper connection with our brand.

    Responsibilities:

    • Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content that aligns with Pompa Program's mission and values.
    • Storytelling: Capture and communicate the personal journeys of individuals whose lives have been positively impacted by Pompa Program's health solutions.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure cohesive and integrated visual storytelling.
    • Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output.
    • Editing: Edit and enhance raw footage to produce polished and professional videos, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Degree in Cinematography or video production is required.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience as a Videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse video projects.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in pre-production, video shooting, editing, and post-production processes. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and software.
    • Creativity: Ability to bring creative concepts to life through visual storytelling. Strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics. Mike/Jack
    • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. Ability to work seamlessly within a team and take direction effectively.
    • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements.
    • Passion: Genuine passion for health and wellness, aligning with Pompa Program's faith-based mission.

    Compensation Range:
    base salary : $50-70K USD
