THE ROLE
Our Customer Service Department supports our customers before, during and after their purchase. The team helps the customer navigate the products, services and or troubleshoot any errors or defects that may arise.
Responsibilities and Daily Duties include:
Phone Calls, Emails, Support Tickets, Voicemails, Facebook DM’s, Website Chat
