RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the fastest-growing Real Estate team in San Bernardino. We provide employees the tools to find the most up-to-date information to help buyers and sellers.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM OUR ESCROW OFFICERS:

• Work hard & smart every day.

• Follow our proven process and model.

• Manage incoming communications by phone, email, and text.

• Manage communication and documentation by using our Escrow Software. (SMS)

• Consult with clients; Discover what their needs are.

• Act as an intermediary between the customers and the agents.

• Provide world-class customer service to customers and agents

• Under Promise and Over Deliver.

• Create great relationships with our agents and staff.

• Be a team player.

• Great communication skills.

• Provide clients with your very best service and your very best advice.

• Organize and audit files for completeness.

• Order payoffs for mortgages, liens, etc...

• Ordering necessary items to finalize the escrow process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We will invest in the right person with professional training, but you must have some minimum qualifications:

• FULL-TIME 
• 2 YEARS OF ESCROW OFFICER EXPERIENCE.
• Have a good technical background or willingness to learn (Online / Mobile)
• Familiarity with your local area's real estate escrow rules and regulations. (We can train)
• Willingness to learn the Ponce & Ponce Realty process, use of new tools, systems, technologies, and following the company’s protocol.
• Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator
• Enjoy, cultivating a rapport with clients (Buyers, Sellers, Agents.)
• Fast learner with the ability to think quickly on multiple levels.
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
• Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to reconcile monthly.
• Ability to stay in compliance with DRE.
