    Job Description

    The Operations Lead is responsible for supporting the division/head of delivery with key projects, implementations, and supplier/customer relationships. This role manages the governance framework for the division in relation to audits, compliance, new service line delivery, and reviewing meetings.

     

    GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    • Functions as Client SME, VMS, Workflow development, SLA, SOP, and Documentation.
    • Coordinates and effectively manages supplier and stakeholder relationships.
    • Coordinates and leads client implementations.
    • Monitors division MI ensure that the team is performing against the agreed SLA targets.
    • Coordinates and leads client/internal projects.
    • Acts an ambassador for LPMS and actively supports Lean methodology including participation in the daily team and Manager huddles.
    • Ensures that Team Leaders & Seniors understand and apply company and statutory operating procedures.
    • Ensures that Team Leaders are up to date on SME knowledge and that this knowledge is transferred/recorded appropriately.
    • Provides new and existing team members with training, support, guidance, coaching, and development to be able to perform their roles successfully.
    • Maintains the management action log, change management log, and issue management log for division.
    • Reviews and monitors processes/procedures from time to time and suggest and implement improvements where possible.
    • Creates and develops effective working relationships with key internal and external customers and attends monthly/quarterly review meetings as required with the On-site Teams.
    • Adopts and demonstrates the Company’s core values in the delivery of a customer-centric service.
    • · Supports the leaders in championing the team’s vision by promoting and upholding the required standards of behavior and attitude amongst the team.
    • Maintains high levels of Customer Satisfaction – Reviews and acts upon survey feedback.
    • Acts professionally at all times around the team and as a role model for new and existing team members.
    • Links with external bodies and key internal stakeholders to develop the service line and introduce new offerings.
    • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

     

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
    • Project Management Experience.
    • Prior experience with VMS, Audits, and Governance.

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

     

    • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
    • Ability to pay attention to fine details.
    • Excellent customer service orientation.
    • People Management skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and to work under pressure.
    • Ability to influence events rather than passively accept them.
    • Ability to identify necessary changes and potential improvements.

    • Knowledge of all aspect of the service including processes, policies, SLAs, business/client requirements.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
