Winterwood is seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Pool Attendants. The Pool Attendant ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment while delivering excellent service to residents and guests.

Position Details:

• Location: 1804 Russell Lee Drive, Louisville, KY **** 40211
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal (Part-time, up to 24 hours/week)
• Season Duration: May 1st through Labor Day (potential for extension in another role)
• Schedule: Pools open Wednesday–Monday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (closed Tuesdays)
• Availability: Must be able to work within the hours listed above, including weekends (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pool area and enforce community rules.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and provide care until EMS arrives.
• Maintain cleanliness of pool, deck, and surrounding areas.
• Report safety hazards and assist with basic maintenance.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and complete basic reports.

Qualifications :

• One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Knowledge of CPR and emergency medical procedures.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to stay calm and respond promptly in emergency situations.
• Friendly, approachable, and willing to enforce facility rules.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete basic paperwork.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
