About the Role:

Join Poolwerx Midland-Odessa as a Pool Cleaning Technician and become a vital part of our dedicated team! You will enjoy working outdoors while ensuring our clients' pools are clean, safe, and sparkling. If you have a passion for customer service and pool maintenance, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing

Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions

Inspect pool equipment and report any necessary repairs or replacements

Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on pool care

Maintain accurate records of service visits and pool conditions

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

Ability to lift to perform physical tasks
