What You’ll Do

Installing, repairing, and replacing pool tiles and coping (stone, brick, or paver) for new construction and renovations.

Laying block (CMU), walls, and surrounding landscape features.

Mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete for decks and patios.

Diagnosing and repairing cracks, patching decks, and replacing damaged masonry.

Work with the Crew Lead to set forms, patterns, and foundations.

Cutting, shaping, and setting materials, while maintaining a clean, safe job site

Assist and perform various assigned tasks in all phases of pool construction and renovation.

Basic Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a mason, specifically with pool, landscape, or hardscape construction.

Technical Skills: Tile setting, stone fabrication, and concrete finishing.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials (50-100 lbs.), work in varied weather conditions, and perform strenuous physical labor.

Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with masonry tools, saws, and mixers.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail for precise, aesthetic finishes.
