We’re looking for a Pool Project Superintendent who wants to grow with us.

Summit Pools is building for significant growth, and we need a high-character construction leader who can take ownership of residential pool projects from job readiness through final completion.

You could be a strong fit if you:

Lead crews and subcontractors effectively

Take pride in quality workmanship

Communicate clearly with customers and team members

Catch problems before they become delays or reworks

Stay organized and productive without constant supervision

Desire to grow into greater leadership responsibility

Pool-construction experience is preferred, but character, construction ability, leadership, and a willingness to learn matter greatly.
