America’s Swimming Pool Company is growing and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Technician who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of “resort-quality” service for our customers.

What You’ll Do

Pool Maintenance & Field Work

Perform routine pool maintenance and service tasks

Operate power tools and hand tools as needed

Maintain clean and organized work areas

Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers

Daily Responsibilities

Manage your assigned service route efficiently

Handle equipment and basic maintenance tasks

Work independently with minimal supervision

Represent the company professionally in the field

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work long hours outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Experience with power tools and hand tools (preferred)

Mechanical aptitude is a plus
