Our pool technicians perform a variety of tasks such as repairing, maintaining, cleaning, and treating pools for a variety of customers. You should be comfortable talking with customers and answering any maintenance questions they have. Ideal candidates have experience with pool equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: • Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance for residential and commercial clients • Monitor chemical levels and make adjustments to ensure safe water conditions • Diagnose and repair equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems • Identify and fix leaks, plumbing issues, and other structural concerns • Communicate clearly with clients and provide guidance on best practices for care • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used Qualifications: • Must have a valid driver’s license • We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques • Candidate must have high school diploma or GED • Ability to work in harsh weather conditions • Ability to lift heavy equipments and dexterity are required • 1-2 years of Pool Maintenance experience Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
