America’s Swimming Pool Company (ASP) is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you value integrity, enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather, and are committed to delivering true “resort-quality service,” we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Manage a weekly pool service route, including cleaning and maintenance

Perform basic equipment checks and handle routine repair tasks

Maintain proper chemical levels and balance water chemistry for each pool

Keep your company vehicle stocked with necessary tools and chemicals

Follow company standards to deliver consistent, high-quality service

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license

Ability to pass a background check and driving record check

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
