Job Summary

We are seeking a Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team! As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the integrity of various customers’ pools, including cleaning tile, pool floors, pump baskets, filters, and more. You will also be checking the water pH, chlorine and other chemical levels and making adjustments as needed, documenting any pool issues, and communicating all issues and changes to both management and customers. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working outside much of the year.

Responsibilities

Empty baskets, brush and net pools for debris

Test for proper balance and add necessary chemicals to maintain proper balance

Troubleshoot minor problems to keep the pool system running

Document pool issues and repair needs, and communicate the status of the equipment to both management and customers

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

No experience needed, will train

Ability to work outside year round

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs

Must have clean MVD and Vehicle insurance record (no moving violations or at fault accidents)
