    Pool Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the upkeep and repair of swimming pools, spas, and other water features within the resort.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inspecting and assessing the condition of commercial swimming pools and equipment
    • Performing regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as vacuuming pools, skimming debris, and cleaning filters
    • Testing and adjusting pool water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels
    • Identifying and repairing leaks or other issues with pool plumbing and filtration systems
    • Installing, maintaining, and repairing pool equipment and components such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting
    • Ensuring pool area safety by checking for and repairing any issues with pool edges, ladders, diving boards, etc.
    • Maintaining records of maintenance, repairs, and water tests
    • Ordering and replacing pool chemicals and equipment as needed
    • Adhering to all safety and health regulations and guidelines

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
    • Proven experience as a Pool Maintenance Technician or similar role
    • Knowledge of pool cleaning and maintenance procedures
    • Understanding of water quality standards and chemical handling
    • Ability to handle various tools and equipment
    • Certification in pool operation or maintenance is a plus
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues.
    • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with multiple departments.
    • Ability to complete reports and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as required.

    Working Conditions:

    • Requires mobility to inspect multiple residences across the resort.

    Schedule: Full-time, Hourly position. Work may include evenings, weekends, and on-call availability for urgent maintenance needs.
