As a Repair Specialist, you’ll bring peace of mind to our customers and cleanliness to their swimming pools by providing one-time pool repairs on a predetermined pool route. Creating and establishing trust is the most important value to the majority of customers; this is why inspecting and documenting all repair findings or recommendations to leadership is a crucial part of FTG’s success. Responsibilities: • In this role, you will be responsible for executing pool repairs • 4-7 stops a day • Pump diagnosis & repair • Green 2 Clean diagnosis & repair • Heater diagnosis & repair • Cleaner diagnosis & Repair • A strong knowledge of pool cleaning and execution Qualifications: • Self-motivation • Communication • Coachable • Extreme ownership • Reliable Vehicle (during the 120-day trial period) • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions in AZ • W2 position Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
