Benefits: • Paid time off • Paid Holidays • Retirement Plan Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment • Complete paperwork and services performed • Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary • Educate customers with tips on how to maintain their pool • Remove and install new underwater lights What Winning Looks Like • Install, diagnose, and repair: Pool automation systems, variable-speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting & electrical components • Provide accurate written quotes for equipment and repairs • Explain repair options and estimates clearly to customers • Follow up with customers to complete the sale • Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and parts using pool software • Monitor work quality and uphold professional standards • Order parts and supplies as needed • Provide technical guidance and outstanding customer service Qualifications: • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required • We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques • High school diploma or GED required • Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Strong computer and software knowledge • Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record • Must pass a criminal background check You’re a Great Match If… • You have 5+ years of pool repair experience • You are proficient in estimating repairs and equipment • You communicate clearly and provide professional service • You have strong electrical, plumbing, and problem-solving skills • You’re organized, reliable, and committed to quality Compensation: $22 - $32 hourly
