Responsibilities: • Provide written detailed quotes for pool equipment • Explain recommended repairs • Install and diagnose equipment including pool automation, variable speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting, and electrical • Keep records of services performed including pictures • Instruct clients on best practices for maintaining their pool Qualifications: • A valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is required • Three years or greater in pool repairs & service experience • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Able to diagnose and repair automation, plumbing, heaters, electrical • Pool renovation experience a plus • Problem-solving skills • Computer and software skills • Florida Drivers license with good driving record • No criminal background Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly + Bonus
