Job Description

Pool Scouts is a company dedicated to providing a safe and reliable work environment for all of its employees. We offer employment during our "pool season” that stretches from March to December although some of our clients do require year-round services. Pool Scouts is looking for temporary employee to assist with pool openings. Candidate should have a natural work ethic, and a positive/flexible attitude. You will be paired with a veteran pool technician to assist in the de-winterization and opening of our customers' pools; as well as we'll train you in basic pool cleaning and hot tub/spa cleaning. Our technicians are responsible for providing top notch services and positive customer experience for each of our valued clients. This is outdoor work and does require the candidate to lift and move up to 50 lbs. repeatedly.

Requirements:

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.

· Must be available to work 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with some potential Saturday work.

· Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions (you must have a license in order to operate our company vehicles, so this is non-optional).

· Must have a reliable form of transportation.

· Ability to walk for long periods of time in extreme outdoor temperatures.

· Must be prepared to work in the rain.

· Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· No prior experience is required.

All positions are hourly pay and this is a temporary position to run March through the end of May.
