This is a FULL TIME or PART-TIME opportunity. Wages start at $18-20 per hour plus bonus opportunities! Company Vehicle and Fuel Card, Paid Training, Work Outdoors, Team Meals and Celebrations, No Nights, Year-round employment for high-performing technicians. Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional.

What Our Technicians Do

Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed

Vacuum & skim pool

Ensure a clean pool deck

Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs

Offer best in class customer service

Job Requirements

Reliable and demonstrate initiative

Customer Service mindset: confident, professional, friendly

Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work.

Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
