Pool Scouts of Southern MD and Annapolis is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Service Technicians. No experience required. If you’re trustworthy and reliable, we’ll train you to service our customers’ swimming pools. Part-time and full-time positions available with a starting wage of $15.00 an hour

Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is “Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor.” Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We’re professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers!

What Our Technicians Do

Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed

Vacuum & skim the pool

Ensure a clean pool deck

Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs

Offer best in class customer service

Job Requirements

Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work

Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
