Pool Service Technician
Pool Scouts of the Space Coast is hiring motivated and hard-working individuals to serve as Service Technicians. No experience required. If you’re trustworthy and reliable, we’ll train you to service our customers’ swimming pools. Part-time and full-time year-round positions available with a starting wage of $15 per hour + DOE.
Pool Scouts is a residential pool service company whose mantra is “Perfect Pools, Scout’s Honor.” Service Technicians travel to customer homes to clean pools, ensure proper water chemistry, verify pool equipment is 100% functional. We’re professionalizing the industry and provide high-quality, recurring cleaning and maintenance services to our customers!

What Our Technicians Do
Test water chemistry & add chemicals as needed
Cleaning debris from pool
Vacuum & skim the pool, brushing where needed
Brushing tile at waterline
Ensure a clean pool deck
Inspect pool equipment & perform minor repairs
Checking pool equipment and water level
Some heavy lifting
Blow pool decking and equipment area
Reporting any pool issues with pool or pump to management
Provide best in class customer service
Inspect and Maintain equipment in good working order
Inspect and maintain vehicle in a clean and organized manner
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

Enjoy being outdoors and doing physical work
Be willing to submit to a nationwide background check.
Valid Florida driver’s license without restrictions (company vehicle provided)
Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Willingness to work flexible hours, should be available to work 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at least two days per week, Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.

Previous pool experience and/or mechanically inclined helpful but not required. We provide on-the-job training. We actively seek college students, transitioning military personnel & veterans.
