We are seeking a reliable and motivated Pool Service Helper to assist our technicians with cleaning, maintaining, and servicing residential swimming pools. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys outdoor work, hands-on tasks, and learning a skilled trade. With the right experience, this job also has plenty of room for growth, giving the applicant a chance to move up the ladder and become a Service Technician. This is a full-time position/Not seasonal

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning pools, skimming debris, vacuuming, and brushing walls
• Test water chemistry and help balance chemicals
• Carry equipment, hoses, and supplies
• Load/unload service vehicles
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols
• Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Willingness to learn pool systems and water chemistry
• Background check may be required
• Prior pool or maintenance experience a plus, but not required — we train

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pool service, landscaping, maintenance, or construction
• Mechanical aptitude
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
