    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Pool Service Manager to join our team! The Pool Service Manager: 1) trains, motivates, improves efficiency and productivity of a team of up to six pool cleaners 2) develops and executes a plan to develop nominal customer growth per year in Pool Cleaning Customers, 3) trouble shoots/triages pool cleaning customers in the field. This candidate MUST have knowledge and experience in Pool Chemistry, Pool Cleaning, and Installation of Pool Equipment. The objective of this role is to lead, train, and develop the associates of the organization. Key carrying responsibilities for this manager include opening and closing the store. Pool Industry experience is preferred. Working knowledge of pool equipment, installations, pressure washing, rescreening, pool renovations, and etc. The ideal candidate has strong communication and customer service skills, a willingness to learn, and is comfortable working out in the field.

    Responsibilities

    Scheduling and Routing: Utilizing software to create, optimize, and adjust weekly cleaning and repair routes.

    Technician Management: Overseeing staff, ensuring proper training, and managing service routes.

    Customer Service: Addressing client concerns, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining client relationships.

    Inventory & Equipment: Managing chemical stock and equipment for vehicles, including identifying needed repairs.

    Field Work: Conducting on-site inspections, handling complex water chemistry, or filling in for technicians.

    Qualifications

    Strong customer service skills

    Expertise in water chemistry, pool equipment repair, and maintenance.

    Ability to manage multiple crews, solve problems quickly, and communicate effectively with clients and crew.

    Certified Pool Operator (CPO) is often required or preferred.
