    Position Summary:

    The Service Operations Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of pool and spa equipment. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and project management to guide a team of technicians, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. With a growing company and expanding responsibilities, this is a unique opportunity for someone with technical expertise to lead and grow alongside the business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead & Mentor: Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Act as point of contract for technical issues that require expert resolution.

    Technical Oversight: Oversee complex pool and spa equipment installations, repairs, and diagnostics.

    Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and solutions.

    Team Management: Prioritize and manage service calls, ensuring timely completion and quality service.

    Safety & Compliance: Ensure all work follows safety regulations and industry best practices.

    Leverage Technology to Drive Quality: Utilize a CRM system to optimally schedule and monitor work performed, leverage AI and Automation solutions to drive inventory management and efficient operations.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: 5+ years in pool equipment service, commercial plumbing, or related field.

    Leadership: Proven leadership or mentorship experience.

    Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pool systems, plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical repairs.

    Certifications: Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred, DOT hazardous materials driver certification (or willingness to obtain).

    Skills: Strong problem-solving, highly discipled, strong communication, and team leadership skills. Strong cultural fit with desire to learn, grow and teach others.
