The ideal candidate can interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, has previous experience as a pool maintenance technician, and is proficient in swimming pool chemicals and their properties. Responsibilities: • Clean swimming pools and filtration using certified pool equipment • Install new underwater lights • Diagnose faulty equipment to determine if it needs to be fixed or replaced • Discover and repair leaks or cracks in the pool area’s structure, plumbing, or pipes • Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary Qualifications: • Must be able to work in harsh weather conditions • Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required • Candidate must have high school diploma or GED Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
