Our pool technicians perform a variety of tasks, such as repairing, maintaining, cleaning, and treating pools for a variety of customers. You should be comfortable talking with customers and answering any maintenance questions they have. Ideal candidates must have experience with pool equipment repairs and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: • Maintain record of paperwork and services performed • Use certified pool equipment to clean swimming pools and water filters • Identify and fix cracks or leaks in the pool area structure, pipes, or plumbing • Educate customers with tips on how to maintain their pool • Test pH levels for water quality and add or maintain chemicals levels • Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance for residential and commercial clients • Monitor chemical levels and make adjustments to ensure safe water conditions • Diagnose and repair equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems • Identify and fix leaks, plumbing issues, and other structural concerns • Communicate clearly with clients and provide guidance on best practices for care • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used Qualifications: • Prior experience with pool chemicals, maintenance techniques and equipment, is strongly preferred • Must have a valid driver’s license • High school diploma or GED required • Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions • Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required • 1-2 years of Pool Maintenance experience Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
