About the Role:

SMILEY POOL SERVICES is looking for a skilled and dependable Pool Service Technician to join our amazing team in LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build hands-on expertise, and deliver sparkling results to customers who love their pools. Responsibilities:

Perform routine pool maintenance including vacuuming, brushing, and skimming

Test and balance water chemistry using correct chemicals and treatments

Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and motors

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and chemical issues in residential and/or commercial pools

Complete service route efficiently and on schedule

Complete service details on company app

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers

Document service visits and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Prior experience in pool service, maintenance, or a related trade preferred

Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and water treatment systems

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent time management and ability to manage an independent route

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification a plus, but not required
