🔧 POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Location: Marlboro, NJ + Surrounding Areas Pay: $20–$28/hr + equipment install commission + performance bonuses Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some Saturdays (Peak Season)

We are a family-owned Service & Supply Co. with locations in Marlboro & Old Bridge, New Jersey. With 20+ years of experience, we are an award-winning service company and pride ourselves on the highest quality installation, service, and products.

What You’ll Do:

Install, diagnose, and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems)

Perform seasonal services: pool openings, closings, safety cover installations

Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards

What We’re Looking For:

3 - 5 years of pool or mechanical/electrical service experience

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Valid driver’s license + clean record

Willingness to work in the heat and hustle during peak season
