The Poolside Ice Cream Attendant delivers friendly, prompt service to resort guests by preparing and serving ice cream treats from a designated poolside location. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and maintaining a fun and inviting atmosphere in a high-traffic, outdoor setting. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: • Welcome guests, promptly attend to tables, and serve food and beverages. • Greet resort guests courteously and provide menu information and recommendations. • Prepare and serve a variety of ice cream products, including cones, cups, sundaes, milkshakes, and floats. • Operate mobile POS systems to process cashless transactions efficiently. • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing serving area. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially in an outdoor food service environment. • Restock inventory and monitor supply levels of cones, toppings, cups, and napkins. • Assist with the setup and breakdown of the poolside station daily. • Communicate with the kitchen or management for supply needs or guest concerns. • Promote resort offerings and provide helpful, friendly service at all times. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least one (1) year of restaurant serving experience is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to move and lift up to twenty (20) pounds. • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak resort hours. Compensation: $15 per hour
