The Aquasol Companies is seeking a top-tier CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) to join our team! As a CSR, you will be responsible for being one of our customers’ primary contact points. You will process & track requests as well as troubleshoot technical issues. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented problem solvers who love technology.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to customer queries via live chat support, emails, and phone calls
• Quickly determine the customer needs and provide informed responses based on the situation presented by the customers
• Help troubleshoot technical problems and help resolve product issues or concerns
• Document detailed information on the customer's situation for future use and review
• Create work orders for the customer’s needs that will be addressed with a delivery or by our technical services department
• Build and develop a knowledge base of our ever-evolving products and services

REQUIREMENTS:

• Very important! Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in technical customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build and maintain a positive rapport with clients
• Has the capability to organize and handle the daily workflow of prioritizing customer’s needs when multiple queries are occurring in rapid succession
• Remains calm and professional in all circumstances with customers
• Pool Industry-based company; any personal experience in this field is a plus
• Positive attitude towards continued learning and growing your skills
• Systems we use: Salesforce, Webphones, Verizon Connect Fleet, Google Suite. Experience with these types of systems is a plus, not a requirement
