Sales & Marketing Intern Responsibilities
Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, video creation and other marketing collateral.
Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas and feedback.
Generate and schedule content for social media posts including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, IG, Google & Yelp.
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Assist in the management of website SEO.
Manage social reputation by responding to clients in a timely manner and using social media customer service best practices.
Assess business-to-business opportunities and coordinate marketing efforts to generate leads of commercial clients.
Participate in local sales activities.
Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
What You’ll Need
Majoring in Sales, Marketing or Advertising.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices.
In-depth understanding of different marketing techniques.
Driven and hard-working.
Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end.
Hands-on experience with marketing computer software
Strong computer skills and social media experience.
PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus.
Ability to work various hours including weekends and some holidays
Excellent active listening skills
Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
