More than just a Job
As a Service Scheduler with Poolwerx:
You’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners, through delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools.
You’ll also think on your feet to resolve any challenges you may encounter and build strong relationships with your clients.
Service Scheduler Responsibilities
Provide a reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and client follow-up to every customer, every time.
Coordinate and optimize service routes.
Monitor any sudden route changes and work with drivers to adjust routes
Cultivate strong relationships with technicians and customers to reduce the stress caused by last-minute schedule changes
What you’ll need:
A high school diploma / GED required
Minimum of one year of scheduling experience
Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the immediate area
Ability to work in a team environment in high-pressure situation
Adequate computer skills in Word, Excel, and Google Maps
Attention to detail
Technical aptitude
Excellent customer service skills
