Retail/Service Associate - Part-time

· ABOUT THE ROLE:

The candidate will provide outstanding customer service through substantial product knowledge and consistent quality service in the Retail Store. Our staff is expected to actively sell our products and services to our customers to maintain profitability and continue building the base of our highly satisfied customers, all while providing excellent customer service.

· WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Greet, interact, and consult with our customers to understand their need for our products and services such as water testing and offering chemical equipment solutions.

• The candidate will collect payments using the POS system and process returns and/or exchanges while maintaining an exceptional retail environment while promoting our products.

• Maintain service schedule, create reports as requested, and process paperwork as required with our main Tucson office.

• Provide accurate technical and sales services, including water testing and chemical equipment solutions.

• Retrieves merchandise from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations, and places special orders.

· WHAT YOU NEED:

• A friendly attitude with strong professionalism.

• Previous Retail experience preferred.

• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

• Possess the ability to utilize basic math skills.

• The ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
