CREW LEADER- Provides support for, and capable of acting as the General Manager; works to exceed customer expectations, fosters an ethic of teamwork, develops staff members’ abilities and competencies, and achieves financial objectives established for assigned location.

• Perform Store Manager duties when Manager is off
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are accomplished daily
• Delegate daily duties for Sales Associates, & Confectioners
• Assist in creating weekly schedules
• Assist in tracking weekly payroll
• Assist in tracking actual sales vs. goals
• Maintain daily cash control procedures
• Create scheduled orders for food products, packaging, and non-inventory items
• Assist in recruiting and hiring new employees
• Assist in training new hires
• Coach employees
• Assist in maintaining seasonal changeovers and appearance
• Ensure store & employee appearance meets Popcornopolis Standards
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Ensure all Popcornopolis & Health Dept. regulations are followed
• Assist in training all employees on Health Code requirements
• Assist in maintaining repairs & maintenance schedule
• Ensure all cleaning duties are performed regularly
