Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our nonprofit partners, fostering strong relationships and driving strategic initiatives to support their goals. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within The Winner's Code.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the goals and objectives of our nonprofit partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for all client communications, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to drive success.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with nonprofit partners to review progress, discuss strategy, and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our offerings and deliver maximum value to our clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive results.
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
