    • YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT: If brick and mortar offices are your scene and you've never had to spend your day making back to back calls, this will not be the job for you. We care a lot about making sure that Porch is also the right fit for you, as we know how tricky making a career change can be in these times!
    • ARE LACKING DEDICATION AND SELF-MOTIVATION: Dedication to improving yourself on a daily basis. This means being a better sales rep every day, but it also means learning how our company is structured, what our products are, how we go to market, who we partner with, and how our products improve the lives of our customers.
    • YOU ARE ONLY P&C LICENSED IN ONE STATE: We want you to come in and hit the ground running straight out of training! We want you to get to the earnings of our top performers in the first few weeks on the job, and being licensed to sell in multiple states will get you a few steps closer to making that happen! Our goal is to have all of our agents licensed in all 51 states and we will support you in acquiring the licenses you are missing, but we also want to make sure you can achieve a stable income even before that!     • ARE NOT FRIENDS WITH TECHNOLOGY AND MULTITASKING IS JUST NOT YOUR CUP OF TEA: Success here means balance between killer sales skills and minimal issues with documentation, mastery of internal tools, and an inbox that doesn't scare small children. A great Insurance Rep can multitask on a daily basis while maintaining and keeping our ordering system in check.
    • YOU DREAD SHARING AND RECEIVING FEEDBACK: Along the way, you will encounter challenges and opportunities and how you respond will forever mark your journey. We'll ask you to look at each as a problem to solve, full-heartedly accept constant feedback from your team and adapt as you go. Solve Each Problem is one of our core values!

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE CONSIDERED:

    To be a record-breaking seller with MULTIPLE ACTIVE GENERAL LINES PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE LICENSES. The more, the better!

    • If you're licensed in ALL 51 STATES, you'll be sure to CUT THE LINE and make it to the top of our interviewing list!

    Experience selling in multiple states and QUOTING MULTIPLE CARRIERS Experience using a COMPARATIVE RATER (EZLynx preferred) 2+ years of INSURANCE SALES EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT Background in CUSTOMER SERVICE A stable INTERNET CONNECTION of at least 30mbps down 10mpbs up  

    New hires will be subject to a background check.
